TheLimelight.Live is the only place you can enjoy GloFit, our retro dance party workout, featuring the best of 70s, 80s and 90s music.
​ Created and choreographed for all dance abilities, the music is chosen to get you singing along, which is proven to help burn more calories!
We also have GloFit Gold for older participants or those with reduced mobility, rocking to the music of the 50s, 60s and 70s.

GloKids is for families, with great modern music to engage children and teenagers who need to get moving.
ShowFit is our unique Musical Theatre Fitness Fusion class. Dance and singalong to your favourite show tunes in this fantastic dance fitness class, hosted by former professional dancer and choreographer Lisa.
FitSteps was created by Strictly dancers Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe and is based on twelve popular Ballroom dances. You don't need a partner and you can join thousands jiving and waltzing their way to fitness.

Boogie Babes activities are specifically tailored for babies and children of up to school age. When you are stuck at home, we encourage kids to interact through songs, dancing and games.
You’ll find pom-poms, teddies and parachutes all have a part to play and you’ll meet new friends like Baa Baa Black Sheep and Humpty Dumpty! It’s not about learning routines, it’s more an opportunity to have fun, build confidence and laugh with family (older siblings love it too!)
Our Boogie Babes boys and girls learn social skills like sharing and turn taking in a relaxed environment. Perhaps they’ve found other dance classes too disciplined? They’re bound to have fun with us.
